We now offer a competitive HIP service for Sellers, Estate Agents, Solicitors and independent DEA's.

Can be ordered by phone, fax or email.

Following the initial instruction we will either take the relevant details down over the phone or e mail a short form for you to complete.

We would ask that payment is made either by cheque or via credit or debit card. Debit and credit cards incur a small fee, but we will advise you at the time of your order.

Once payment is received we will instruct the DEA to contact you to complete the EPC at your convenience. This will take approximately half an hour. The DEA will want to look at the loft, the boiler, central heating system, windows doors, and measure the property.

We also carry out a personal local authority search, request the drainage and water report, the title documents and then upload to the HIP software. Once all the doucments have been received a printed copy will be delivered to your nominated address.

The completed pack can also be e mailed as a pdf allowing additional copies to be printed if required by the solicitor, buyer, estate agent or the seller.
