We provide quality reports to clients based in the North East and cover Local Authorities throughout England and Wales. Reports are presented in a professional format providing Land Charges, Planning and Highways information presented in the current 2007 edition CON29 format.

Personal searches can now be provided with complete information at an additional cost. This is based on a fixed fee disbursement charged by the councils for the additional Con 29 data that is not usually provided free to view to search companies. Should you wish to order the additional information, which previously would have been included in a HIP compliant search, then please order a HIP search and all questions will be answered. We will notify you of the additional disbursements before we proceed with your order.

Search requests may be placed using our Online Order Form or via conventional post/fax methods. Similarly reports can be returned to your office in the format you find most suitable for yourselves.
